About This Game Unique fusion of a top down shooter and tower defense strategy. You are the X-Morph - an alien species that invades Earth to harvest its resources and terraform the surface. Strategize in the build mode by carefully selecting various types of alien towers or throw yourself right into heat of the battle. Build mazes for incoming enemies in an environment that provides exceptional planning freedom. Tear down buildings and collapse bridges to support your defense or to simply indulge in a spectacle of unprecedented destruction. Possess a range of unique alien weapons and use defense strategies like you've never seen before in this genre.Your goal is to defend the X-Morph harvesters from waves of incoming human forces. Each enemy wave is preceded by a setup phase in which the player can check what types of enemies are going to be attacking him and to observe their paths. There is no time limit for this phase, so the player can carefully plan his defenses or choose to start fighting immediately and place towers when needed during the battle. One of the game's key features is the ability to build towers virtually anywhere on the map and to shape enemy paths by connecting towers with laser fences. The player can choose between building long mazes out of basic towers or placing more advanced towers which are more effective at different types of incoming enemies. Advanced tower types specialize in dealing with specific enemy types e.g. flame towers are great for destroying fast moving ground units, artillery towers are best at countering large groups of slow enemies, anti air laser is ideal for shooting down heavy bombers. As the X-Morph fighter you can engage enemy units directly with a diverse arsenal of weapons. You can morph into four distinct forms which specialize in dealing with different kinds of threats. Each form has a basic attack and a special charged attack mode. The Plasma Fighter is the most universal form - good at destroying both air and ground units. The Dark Matter Bomber is great at decimating groups of ground units. It can also slow down time and release a dark matter bomb that can cut down buildings. The Shredder fighter is perfect for annihilating large numbers of human air units and clearing the sky. Finally the Laser Destroyer is best for smelting large single units. It can also charge up a gravitational anomaly that sucks in smaller enemy units. A large variety of weapons and enemies along with a dynamic, fully destructible environment provides a rich arcade shooter experience. The game's environments are constructed with a lot of attention to detail and they are almost completely destructible. From small picket fences to huge skyscrapers. Any bridge or building in the game can be collapsed and it's destruction is dynamically simulated using realistic physics. The destruction is not only a visual effect as it can significantly influence the layout of the battlefield. The combination of dynamic environments, laser fences and real time calculated enemy paths creates unique gameplay scenarios.Humans are desperate to defend their home world. They have created huge, building size, mechanical war machines to fight against each other, but now they will use them to destroy the X-Morph. Each boss fight is unique and heavily influences the gameplay environment. Entire cities will be destroyed.X-Morph: Defence includes a split screen co-op mode. All missions have different gameplay scenarios designed specifically for co-op play. Enemies attack in larger numbers and from new directions making good cooperation essential to winning. In this mode the game can be played in many different ways, one player can focus on optimizing tower placement while the other shoots at enemies or they can both focus their firepower on the strongest attackers.https://store.steampowered.com/app/780310/The_Riftbreaker/https://store.steampowered.com/app/220820/Zombie_Driver_HD/ 6d5b4406ea Title: X-Morph: DefenseGenre: Action, Indie, StrategyDeveloper:EXOR StudiosPublisher:EXOR StudiosFranchise:EXOR StudiosRelease Date: 30 Aug, 2017 X-Morph: Defense Full Crack [Password] After 2 days of conquering this NORMAL planet, I have made some conclusion:1. Pros:+ A delicious mixture of Tower Defense (both Path TD + Maze TD) and Top Down Shooter.+ Blue, plasma, advanced technology, warping spaceship, black hole, black bomb, aliens. Is that you Protoss Starcraft? + Physic in this game, it's a real-life-building-getting-destroyed-and-how-it-falls simulator+ Oh and the environment, the natural views. Breath-taking.+ Units and Towers counter each other because of clear strengths and weaknesses. This is the thing every strategy game needs+ Transforming fighter for weapon and skill: Developer's effort, appreciated. But TRANSFORMING TOWER to adapt new enemies approach? Brilliant!!+ A talent tree that can be edited freely+ Each boss is a new surprise+ Funny interaction with some units in-game+ Non-stop action in a game genre you're supposed to be sleep during defending phase. Why? Resources!! 2. Cons:- RESOURCES!! DEBRIS IN A HUGE MAP!! JAPAN!! But gladly developer compensate for that each phase- Needs more memes - Some funny bugs- Needs better Steam game icon design, srsly3. Specific in-game feature review:In my opinion, collecting resources (debris) during defending phase is both pros and cons. Because:+ Obviously gives you extra advantages when you invest your precious time and effort. + It gives you more options to do in defending phase beside Adjusting tower, Upgrading, Building, Maze-ing, Shooting. Same situation for Plant vs Zombies, clicking the sun+ Limit or even prevent JugglingCons- Watch them (debris) fade away is one of the moments you won't forget. It sucks- Big map, mentioned above- Sometimes it narrows where you place your Tower. Y'know, placing Towers near each other so that you can harvest easily4. Balance and Improvement Suggestion: I'll post this in the discussion5. Conclusion: A HIGHLY recommendation for Top down shooter and TD fan. If you're still considering whether to buy this game or not. Try out the demo. It helps me to make the decision that costs a bundle xDGameplay: 11\/10Graphics: 9\/10OST 8\/10Story 7\/10Voice acting 9\/10Hilarious bugs 11\/10 It cause the ground tank units sometimes run out of the path it supposed to go, and stop. Maybe the driver needs a pee, but wait, he\/she stops on the bridge, and he ran out of the way.... https:\/\/steamcommunity.com\/games\/593110\/announcements\/detail\/1808664240333155775. X-Morph: Defense or XMD is a combination of a 'Tower Defense' and a 'Manic Top Down Shooter'.At first I had my doubts this was a good idea, but in game it makes perfect sense. The issue with the standard tower defense is you place your towers, start the wave and sit back, maybe add or alter a tower or two during, then go back to waiting for the wave to end and repeat. This is not the case for XMD, unless you're playing on Easy with all unlocks. You have the usual between wave time to do what you need, place, move, sell & change turrets, but once the wave starts you can personally get involved, helping out how you see fit, as well as all of the above. This is where XMD is so clever; I did my first play through on Normal [approx 10h total] and found [unless late mission with long well balanced turret combos] neither the turrets nor I could hold a path's alone. So at times it becomes manic, actually a lot of the time it felt like controlled chaos, swapping between placing new turrets after collecting fallen derby for resources and shooting at anything I could to thin out the attacking columns, or help weaker defensive lines. But that is the point of XMD, it gets you involved, without taking from the tower defense. They have made a good game here; I can highly recommend XMD to anyone wanting some fast passed action that will test you.A tad more detail:To assist in this you have a lovely little mini map that shown a basic outline of the terrain, turret positions, you, enemy paths, enemy types, and any turrets that are being hit or in the path of something that can destroy it [only 2 units and boss's that can destroy your turrets, its nothing to worry about 90% of the time], this all gives a great overview of the battlefield, and becomes an essential part of the game as it allows you to make tactical decisions from the other corner of the map whilst still dishing out the punishment to the poor sods your targeting.Theirs 10 turrets to choose from once unlocked from the tech tree and all have a purpose.Likewise you have a tech tree for your ship that allows you to swap from blasters, bombs, anti-air missiles and a laser, with each having an alternate fire and a secondary ability that can be added to it.The tech trees are unlocked via points granted once a story mission is complete, and can be swapped around prior to any mission, as many times as you like, and all can eventually be unlocked ant once. The ability to redirect your foes is done rather cleverly as well. You place 2 turrets either side of an opening for example and tell one to connect a free laser wall between them. Now forcing the enemy to path change, you see this on the mini map and on the battlefield. You cant block all roads, one must always be open, but you can also redirect enemy forces by blowing up bridges or my personal favorite, dropping a building over the road they are using by blowing the base up on the side you want to fell it.I didn't want to be a gamer, I wanted to be a Lumberjack, TIMBER.In all this game is awesome; a good balance of tower defense, manic top down shooting, loads of action and it will definitely test your tactics for creating longer paths, your ability to maintain your composure under stressful moments [alright it will be more like 10-15min a mission than a moment], but that's what makes it so much fun and rewarding when you make it the the end.The only negative I could put to this is I wanted more of it, it's not short & the higher difficulties offer replay as they change the enemy waves & add new paths rather than just throwing more at you, so its a different challenge.I just felt like I was starting to master XMD when I took over the Earth, suppose that why getting the additional campaigns and survival mode [all can be played solo or co-op] will keep this game alive for much longer, then there's the user maps via the Workshop, and a local co-op [as if 1 ship wasn't hard enough to keep track of with a sky full of round, flames and thing blowing up].X-Morph: Defense, 9\/10 'This planet is yours now.'
