ON THE POSITIVE SIDE it has the mildest amount of fun that you can enjoy for a few levels. The dark tone is there and the kitten is cute. That's all I got for the good pointers.ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE at the begining of each level you have the choose your weapons menu that block your vision. You can't see what the map looks like or how many enemies you are facing... Its a poor design but that only the minor problem.The real problem is your overwhelming power control to keep the game a "CHALLENGE" litereally kills the game. And by KILLS the game I mean literally beating FUN to death with the word CHALLENGE and you think that is exceptable. Not only do you give the player a short supply of money, but you restrict how many items they can buy. Only 1 explosive device allowed per level with 3 enemies? After level 6 or 7 you have nothing fun here. Not anymore.. Just not a very good game, with bad graphics and effects and animations and weapons and gameplay.. Not really a good game. It was not fleshed out and made, well, playable actually.I can see what the developer was going for and if they put in a little more effort they could have probably made a really good game. To be honest, if they just patched this mess, it would be a really good game. However, with all the negative reviews already I don't think they will be putting any more work into this, and I can't blame them.Try also not using what looks like pre-made assets for your next game. I can see you guys have talent with your ideas, but not a particularly good head for implementing them.Also, lose the killing the kitten part man. Just let him steal gold or something.. The ♥♥♥♥ is this wank? How is this on steam? This is like a game I would have made in my programming class in middle school.No one would have fun with this game. If someone does they just arent human and have awful opinions.DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!. Played for one minute, saw how bad it was but coulnd't write a review. So I started it up so I could get those 5 minutes for this review. While I was waiting, I looked at the other games they had. They all look terrible. Im glad I only got this through a humble bundle. So I didnt pay the 7.99 for it. Bad rats is better than this. 0/10 - ign. Boring. Levels too similar, graphics too plain, have to play through trial and error which means you have to do the same level 2-3 times just to get down where to place things. The hitbox is too small imo, not worth the price, luckily I got a key from a friend because otherwise I'd be annoyed. If this game interests you, I sincerely recommend you wait until it's on sale.. Little dissapointed in this game and how everything works..It's a mess..Anyway... the best thing in the game is the music.3/10 would lower my difficulty again.. In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for Bomb Defense:The main issue above all else is that you pretty much have to trial-and-error every single level.You're given a base amount of money per level that you have to strategically use to build a contraption to protect the kitten. However, it appears that you often have to build exactly as the game intends in order to succeed, because the amount of money they give you is very limiting. As a result, the game isn't very fun.. Buggy mess.
